We are looking for enthusiastic, exceptional, irrepressible and patient Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience in KS2. The post holder would need to be strong in character to deal with challenges from time to time, however, would also need to possess a caring, nurturing personality, allowing the child to develop to the best of their ability. A working knowledge of ASD is preferable and an undesrtanding that communication is often shown through behaviour.
